 "With nearness in 500 cities and 75 universities, Swiggy already has the largest reach within the nation. We'll advance grow this to 600 cities and 200 colleges by December 2019," Swiggy's Chief Working Officer Vivek Sunder said in a statement. 

 "Swiggy's vision is to promote the quality of life of consumers by advertising unparalleled comfort. As we work towards empowering this for a billion Indians, growing to tier-3 and tier-4 cities may be a basic step," Sunder said.

Swiggy has advanced from propelling in one city each two months in early 2018 to propelling in four cities a day within the month of September.

 With this development, over 350 million or one in four Indians can presently get to the food conveyance stage within the nation, Swiggy said. 
 Since April 2019, Swiggy has expanded the number of eatery accomplices by nearly 1.8 times to 1.4 lakh eateries currently.

 In tier-3 and tier-4 cities specifically, Swiggy has onboarded over 15,000 eateries within the final six months. 

 "Our developing armada of over 2.1 lakh dynamic conveyance accomplices have more salary openings due to the scale and offerings of Swiggy," Sunder said.


In expansion to growing to littler towns, Swiggy moreover declared that it has extended its benefit to over 75 colleges counting IIT Roorkee, NIT Kurukshetra, IIT Kharagpur, NIT Calicut, BITS Pilani and Dazzling Proficient College among others.
